Who is eligible for the Rénoclimat program?
To participate in the Rénoclimat program, you must be the owner or authorized agent of a home located in Quebec. You can apply more than once for the same home

• Single-family and semi-detached homes
• Townhouses
• Mobile homes
• Four-season cottages
• Multi-generational homes
• Houses with an integrated unit
• Triplexes
• Small multi-unit residential buildings

Rénoclimat applies just as much to your primary residence as to your secondary residence.

Many energy-efficient works are eligible. These may target the building exterior or the mechanical systems used.

• Addition of a smart thermostat (must be combined with at least one other improvement measure).
• Installation or replacement of an air-source or low-temperature heat pump.

What products are eligible for the Rénoclimat program?

• The heat pump must be on the list of heat pumps eligible for the Rénoclimat program.
• The ventilation system must be a heat or energy-recovery ventilator and must be certified by the Home Ventilating Institute.
